The Callisto-style dome is 50-foot diameter, 1,964 square feet and includes three bedrooms, two baths, a large central living area, a small den and an office. Expansive windows outline the central kitchen and living area overlooking a covered porch and a pond. David and Jennifer's goal was to create a floor plan that maximizes space. The kitchen provides generous counter and cabinet space and the open floor plan allows flexibility for furniture placement.
Initial planning
for the Callisto began in September 2000. David Jr and Jennifer are completing
the dome as the budget allows, so at this point estimated completion date
is December 2001.
