Now available -- The Monolithic GHP 2500 Concrete Pump

The newest pump gets the big jobs done

The NEW Monolithic GHP 2500 has been in development for years at the Monolithic Dome Institute. It is now ready for sale to serious dome builders.

This pump was used to construct the 110-foot dome for Whaley United Methodist Church in Gainesville, Texas. Workers' response to the new pump was unanimously positive.

Now available through Monolithic Equipment Manufacturing is the Monolithic GHP 2500. This heavy duty pump has been in development for years at the Monolithic Dome Institute. It was put to its first real test in Italy, Texas to build a 60' dome during a 2005 workshop. Blaine Green, Equipment Manager says, "It's in full use and runs excellent. We are ready to send out the first production model to Australia to be used for construction on two large domes." It was also used to construct the 110-foot dome for Whaley United Methodist Church in Gainesville, Texas.

The GHP 2500 works efficiently on domes ranging in size from 60 to 150-foot in diameter. This new model requires the use of a ready-mix truck. The pump can be skid mounted or put on a trailer.

The Monolithic GHP 2500 Specs:

  • Gas Powered
  • Special hydraulic oil cooler
  • 24 horsepower Honda engine
  • Direct Drive to carousel
  • High torque engine
  • 2.5 inch peristaltic hose installed
  • An extra 2.5 inch peristaltic hose (a $400 value)
  • Three roller carousel
  • Spray capacity of 12 yards per hour
