Description: There is a ten home development in the planning phase for this site. Ideally there will be the first ten unit condominium building on this site in the form of the Monolithic Dome. This is a 30-foot Airform that can be used to build a variety of different buildings from an EcoShell I or II to a 706 square-foot Monolithic Dome or Orion.

Directions: From the intersection of Route 4 and 109 in Sanford, Maine. East on route 4 3/4 of a mile to Country Club Rd #2. Turn right, 1/2 mile veer right at the fork on to Sand Pond Rd. At stop sign go straight past the Estate at Twin Oaks and turn into the field labled Haunted house and Open House. Follow the signs to the parking area and head for the Dome Airform on display.
