Hurricane Rita Victims Plan Move to a Monolithic Dome
March 8, 2007
Steve and Janice Merritt had put their traditional home up for sale in Lake Charles, Louisiana, and were making plans to move back to his hometown of Sibley, when Mother Nature forced a change of plans. Hurricane Rita made landfall, severely damaging the Merritt’s house. It’s taken nearly two years to rebuild and then sell the home.
