Monolithic Dome Institute Campus for SaleApril 13, 2005 by David B. South
This past week, Monolithic has listed its entire site (16+ acres) with Century 21. So what is the big idea? We are in the building business, so why not sell this set of buildings and build some more? We are located just off of I-35 next to the town of Italy, Texas. We are close to the DFW airport and in a prime location for any company. We have almost filled the 16 acres with buildings. They range from tiny ones for lawn equipment storage, to small and large residences, and "Bruco," the Caterpillar used for manufacturing. There are also prototypes of many other structures. We have a variety of shops: a mechanic shops, training center, offices, and a brand new industrial shop with office. The total price for the entire site is $3 million. If we find a buyer, the price is non-negotiable. At its current asking price, it is a bargain! When the property is sold, we will move down the road a little bit further onto a larger piece of property. Immediately, we will build a new "Bruco" and new offices. We will then continue to build other structures as we need them and as dictated by the workshops. If you would like to discuss more details, contact Joanne at Century 21 at 469-517-0569 or e-mail her at joannemerrill@judgefite.com. So why are we telling everybody this? Mostly, to eliminate any speculation about us not being around tomorrow. Monolithic Domes are here to stay! The Corporation is still the same, the people are still the same, but we would like to start "filling another field" with domes. Whoever buys this property will have a wonderful manufacturing and distribution facility for their business. Related Links:
