Pegasus, a space-theme family fun center, is nearing completion. Owner
Andy Gee owns 6 acres adjacent to Starship. Mr. Gee is seeking interested
entrepreneurs to develop the 6 acres of land which is located just off
Interstate 35 in Italy, Texas.
I-35 is the NAFTA highway. There are at least 30,000 vehicles a day passing this freeway section. It is a prime location for all sorts of businesses. Mr. Gee would prefer the businesses utilize Monolithic Domes as the primary structures. Uses could range from a strip mall to a truck stop or could even feature a recreation center. The options are endless.
