Exhibitors Contract

We would love to have your company exhibit at our conference this year! This year we are only having booths on Saturday at the Monolithic Dome Institute headquarters. We will be setting up the exhibit area at Monolithic early on Saturday morning. We hope to have a myriad entries this year as our cost for a booth is now only $25!

We will do our best to give you the best possible location for your booth. Once we have received your registration, booth assignments will be made. If there is anything special that you require, or would like to do please don't hesitate to contact us at the Monolithic Dome Institute.

Any meetings held by your company for the attendees of the Monolithic Dome Builders Conference is the responsibility of the exhibitor. No space will be provided by MDI. If you would like to hold a personal meeting you must purchase your own meeting space.

We are currently accepting proposals for speakers. If you would like to apply to speak at our 2005 conference or would like more information please feel free to contact us at the Monolithic Dome Institute.

Conditions:

This agreement is subject to the conditions named below.

Individuals staffing the exhibit space during trade show hours shall be officially registered and shall wear official MDI badges that bear the name of the exhibiting company as designated herein.

The Monolithic Dome Institute will not be responsible for loss of or damage to property belonging to an exhibiting company or its representatives caused by theft, fire, water, accident or other causes. The Monolithic Dome Institute will provide limited security during exhibitor move-in, show dates, and exhibitor move-out.

It is expressly understood that the exhibiting company and its representatives agree by accepting these rules that no claim of any kind may be made against the Monolithic Dome Institute, or any of its members or its employees, for any loss, damage or destruction of goods or property; nor for any injury that may occur while in the Exhibit Area, nor for any damage of any nature or character whatsoever.
